Transportation Security Administration's Advanced Imaging Technology is available at T.F. Green Airport. This cutting-edge technology ensures the safety of the traveling public by the passenger screening process.
Under TSA established rules, passengers should remove all items out of the carry-on bags and pockets and place them on a separate X-ray bin for screening. Also, baby foods and medicines should be put separately. All other gels, liquids, and aerosols must follow the size restrictions rules.
From the beginning of October 1, 2020, air travelers (18 and over) must present a Real ID a state-issued driver’s license to be allowed to enter the federal facilities at U.S. Real-ID is marked with a star at the top of the card, that is a proof of legal ID.
The security checkpoint screening operations open from 4:15 a.m. until the last scheduled domestic departure time. The TSA may change these hours based on airlines’ flight departure delays or schedules.
Passengers are advised to arrive at the T.F. Green Airport 2 hours' before the departure flight time. Be aware that you should allow enough time for parking, Check-In, Baggage checking and security procedures, and be on time for boarding.
