The T.F. Green Airport airport has one single, two-level passenger terminal with two concourses: North and South. The Skywalk, which is a long moving walkway, runs in both directions and, besides, connects the pier at its 3rdlevel. The 3rdlevel houses the Customer Service Building, the car rental agencies which are connected to the parking garage.
The upper level of the terminal is used for departures and houses check-in facilities at right-side for American Airlines, United Airlines, Cape Air and JetBlue airlines; And at left hosts Southwest, CN, Delta Air Lines, TA, as well as Mail, FedEx, and UPS drop boxes, ATMs, conference rooms, a board room, badging office, security checkpoint, a reflection room, and the Federal Tavern. The lower level of the terminal is used for arrivals. It houses the taxi counters, Information counter, airport shuttle courtesy phones, News Express, Starbucks, two baggage carousels, a Federal Inspection station, check-in counters, and elevator/escalators leading to level-2.
The South Concourse has eight boarding gates, whereas the North Concourse -14. Gates 7-8 are used for international arrivals. Those Gates directly connect visitors to customs and baggage claim on the lower level of the concourse. South Concourse gates 1-8 is served via American, TACV, Azores, Cape Air, and United Airlines. There are also some food and drink shops. North Concourse houses gate 9-22 for Delta, Southwest, JetBlue, and United Airlines.
